RENDALL PLACE, AUCKLAND - RESIDENTIAL

Project Brief.

This is a full-scope interior design project that includes spatial planning, concept design, documentation, furniture and lighting curation.

The brief was to redesign the existing family home to reflect the client’s contemporary style and accommodate the evolving needs of their young family. We reconfigured the floor plan across three levels to create a greater sense of space within the existing footprint and focused on providing multifunctional spaces that could be used for work, play or relaxation. The renovation was planned in stages, allowing for flexibility in terms of budget and timeline. This phased approach allows the project to be completed in a way that best suits the needs and resources of the family.
