We curate a selection of furniture and lighting options that complement the overall design aesthetic. We will refine the final selections with you and coordinate the ordering process to acquire trade pricing.
The design documentation refines the concept design with initial interior plans, elevations, and joinery drawings. This allows us to tailor the design to your needs and preferences. If a builder is already on board, preliminary pricing can be obtained at this point.
During this stage, we create detailed interior drawings and schedules for tender and construction. The documentation includes plans for existing, demolition, proposed, setout and dimension, floor finishes, reflected ceiling and lighting, power and data, furniture layout, elevations, sections, details, and joinery drawings. Additionally, we provide schedules specifying interior finishes, furniture, lighting, appliances, hardware, fixtures, and fittings. These documents will be customized to meet the specific requirements of your project.
We follow the project from design to build. We work closely with the entire design team, the client, design disciplines, architects, landscape designers, artisans and tradespeople. We maintain open communication and conduct site visits to create thoughtfully resolved spaces and ensure the design is translated into reality.
We offer a service for individuals managing their own projects but would like guidance from an interior designer on making design decisions and establishing the design direction. We collaborate with you by providing inspiration reference images, material samples, product and supplier recommendations and access to trade pricing for furniture and lighting. We compile all of this information into a design document tailored to your project.
